Subscriber Sheet for LLP

• Partner Information:
  ‍This section includes names of partners, DIN and their designation in the said LLP (Whether they are Designated Partners or Partners).
• Signature of Partners:
  ‍Underneath the statement where partners agree to contribute capital to the registered LLP, this section ensures that there are proper signatures beside the particulars of each partner.
• Witness Information:
  ‍Signatures of witnesses who attest to the subscribers' signatures along with their details like name, profession and professional no., if any.
• Date & Place of Subscription:
  ‍The date and place on which the subscribers commit to taking partnership in the LLP.

Documents Required while submitting a Subscriber Sheet in India

The necessary documents for submission include:

• Director Identification Number (DIN) of Partners: DIN is a unique alphanumeric identifier assigned to every individual appointed as a Director/Partner.
• Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) of Subscribers/Partners: DSC is a secure digital key issued by a Certifying Authority (CA), validating the identity of the Subscriber/Partner during the submission of forms to Government Authorities.
• Witness Details: Professional Number or Membership number of a practicing professional, such as an Advocate, Company Secretary, Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, etc.

How to Submit Subscriber Sheet?

Here's the procedure for submitting the Subscriber Sheet as part of the LLP registration process:

• Log in to the MCA portal using valid credentials.
• Navigate to “MCA services” and then select “E-Filing.”
• Choose “LLP Forms Download” from the menu.
• Under the header “Name reservation and LLP incorporation,” find “Form FiLLiP” and access it.
• Complete the application in Form FiLLiP.
• Proceed to "Consent to Act as Designated Partner” and attach the Subscriber Sheet.
• The attachment shall be either in pdf or .jpg format. The size of the attachment can be up to 2MB
• Submit the webform.
• Proceed further as intended. Refer to the FiLLiP
• submission process.
